The staff there were terrific. They helped me find the right bike for me. Veterans get 15% off other (non-bicycle) merchandise.
Paid 500 for a bike yesterday, fully paid receipt in hand, ready to walk out the door. Wont fit in the car, so i ask the shiloh store to hold it for a day and they agree to do so. I come back in next day and they won't let me take the bike without another $20 for the kickstand that was attached the bike that i had a receipt for marked paid in full. I don't know much about bikes. I went to them, my first visit, to drop off a wheel that needs repaired and ask some advice. They fixed the wheel faster than expected for a reasonable cost. They answered my novice questions and never made me feel bad for not knowing the answers already. They directed me to the proper parts and tools I needed.
