Great selection of bikes and customer service was awesome. Was greeted by someone at the store and they helped us in what we were looking for. No pressure, answered our questions and assisted us in finding the correct bike for my son.
Very pleased with the cyclery! Always professional and helpful! I got new tires and inner tubes, took it home and put it in the garage. I went on vacation during a very hot spell. When I got home, I had a flat tire. Initially, I was angry, and I took the bike into them telling them they sold me bad goods. They explained that during hot times the inner tube can swell and pop, and that’s probably the case, and they did not charge me anything for fixing it or for the new inner tube! Very nice ! Military discount In the span of an afternoon a whip xl from one location was moved to the other so a nameless person over the phone could buy. Not the hugest deal, but they made it happen for a 2027 model bmx that's pretty hard to come by. It was right up front when I walked in to check it out and buy. My purchase came with a lot of shop perks as well. Thanks for your help with a mid 30s bmx purchase.
