Walked in looking for a low cost replacement parts for an older kids bike. The person in the back was able to repair the crank shaft at no cost and they spent time finding kid's pedals. Great service. Would definitely recommend.
I’m so grateful this place is my local bike shop! Always friendly service and knowledgeable staff. They are quite timely with repairs. One time I had some minor work done on my gears and it wasn’t quite up to snuff, but they happily fixed the issue on the spot when I went back in. Good selection of products too.
Bought my first proper road bike from The Cyclery and had a great experience. Seamus was super helpful and friendly over the few visits I made. As someone new to road cycling, he took the time to walk me through the basics: electronic shifting, power meter pedals, shoes, tools, and pretty much everything else. I decided to take my bike out for the first time this year for a little ride. And I noticed it wasn't working the way it was last year. I saw this place as I was driving by and decided to go in They must have had a free moment during their busy season and Madeline says she can take a quick look at it. She told me it needs a new chain so I bought a new chain and she changed the chain at No charge and also looked at everything else on the bike to make sure it's and tip top shape.
