Went to have my front wheel replaced, and wondered for several months why my front tire kept getting flats. First time I took it to them and they didn't see anything was wrong with it. Turns out the cyclery didn't apply rim tape nor did they catch it when I came to get my tube replaced with them the first time. Never coming here again.
Great store with amazing brands and selections. Staff are all happy to help and very knowledgeable. I received amazing service from Xander - he made me feel very comfortable selecting my bike. This will be my exclusive bike shop! Thank you guys at the Cyclery.
The Cyclery is a bike shop that I swear by. The worksmanship on bike tune ups, overhauls and installs are by far the best I've experienced in the city. They stand by their work too - any issues experienced post tune up and/or repair overhaul are looked at and addressed without extra charge (within reason). The shop itself is well staffed with helpful personnel. My go-to bike shop. Always top notch service whenever I come by, some of the friendliest and most helpful service staff out of any shop I’ve gone to. They make you feel like you’re part of the family when you come by and they know their stuff well.
