Great first purchase of gravel tires (Maxxis Rambler 700 x 38 size) from The Cyclery in Ottawa. Ordered yesterday and in Unioville today before the long Thanksgiving Weekend. Will do business again with them for my cycling needs and purchases!
I had such a positive experience at this bike shop on Saturday. I had a minor issue that they addressed promptly and very affordably. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend The Cyclery and will be back for future sales and service.
Super helpful with my off-menu order for tubular tires. Would recommend.
These guys rock ! Don't buy your bike anywhere else. I am a repeat customer of the Cyclery. I bought a new carbon road bike last year that developed a hairline crack in the fork stem (manufacturing defect ? Damaged during shipping ? Who knows ?). The manufacturer wouldn't cover it under warrantee, so the Cyclery stood up for the customer (me) - they ordered a new fork from Italy, had it shipped and installed; all on their dime ! Customer service doesn't get any better than that.
