These guys rock ! Don't buy your bike anywhere else. I am a repeat customer of the Cyclery. I bought a new carbon road bike last year that developed a hairline crack in the fork stem (manufacturing defect ? Damaged during shipping ? Who knows ?). The manufacturer wouldn't cover it under warrantee, so the Cyclery stood up for the customer (me) - they ordered a new fork from Italy, had it shipped and installed; all on their dime ! Customer service doesn't get any better than that.
Excellent service! I visited them twice and had an amazing experience both times. The first time, I brought a bike from Walmart with a brake issue; they fixed it in 5 minutes and refused to take any money. The second time, I brought another bike to check a loose screw, and a different employee checked the entire bike to make sure everything was safe and tight—also for free! Both staff members were incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend this place!
Absolutely terrible customer service
Cool and cooler than cool you must never go in unless u have been given cool checkout by the coolest owner. So beware. Its way too cool.
I had a very frustrating experience at this store. I called to ask if I could bring a bike in for a new chain, was told I could. Got there and the mechanic was a big grump and told me no, they’re bud and citing that they don’t serve e-bikes even though they had just served one prior to me and the chain being replaced has no bearing whatsoever on this bike being an ebike. Also quite pricey but I guess that’s what you get for the neighbourhood.
