Staff are generally quite rude, especially the women who works at the front. Also do not know what they are talking about (sold me wrong product). Bike takes so long to fix. But judgy workers for sure.
Went to have my front wheel replaced, and wondered for several months why my front tire kept getting flats. First time I took it to them and they didn't see anything was wrong with it. Turns out the cyclery didn't apply rim tape nor did they catch it when I came to get my tube replaced with them the first time. Never coming here again.
Great store with amazing brands and selections. Staff are all happy to help and very knowledgeable. I received amazing service from Xander - he made me feel very comfortable selecting my bike. This will be my exclusive bike shop! Thank you guys at the Cyclery.
