Bought my first proper road bike from The Cyclery and had a great experience. Seamus was super helpful and friendly over the few visits I made. As someone new to road cycling, he took the time to walk me through the basics: electronic shifting, power meter pedals, shoes, tools, and pretty much everything else. I decided to take my bike out for the first time this year for a little ride. And I noticed it wasn't working the way it was last year. I saw this place as I was driving by and decided to go in They must have had a free moment during their busy season and Madeline says she can take a quick look at it. She told me it needs a new chain so I bought a new chain and she changed the chain at No charge and also looked at everything else on the bike to make sure it's and tip top shape. Great customer service, they were able to special order an item for me and it came quickly. They also support the local bike scene events which is definitely a plus.
Helpful staff. Top of the line road bikes can be found here. They also do online orders. Good spot for a large assortment of running gels.
I went to The Cyclery with my wife Saturday and I had the best service I could ask for. The staff were freindly, engaging and extremly knowledgable about all the products. I had Greta help me with some very nice White S-Phyre Road shoes. She brought out a few different color options for me, which I enjoyed.
