Last minute visit because we didn’t realize two bikes had been damaged and I couldn’t have been received any better. The kindness and professionalism was outstanding. Bikes were ready on time, we received a text message to come and pick up. When we picked ip the bikes - we were received by two new employees and the experience was the same- professional and kind, knowledgeable too. We are loyal to local vendors and are so glad we found this shop.

When two spokes popped off the rear wheel on my 2024 Giant Escape, I took the bike to The Cycle Mill. I also purchased their Bronze tune-up. I ended up needing a new rear wheel. They kept me informed of exactly what was happening with my bike, so kudos for good customer service. I've ridden about 35 miles since I picked up the bike, and the shifting and braking are flawless.
