The Cutting Edge

Cutting edge did such an Amazing job on our home. We had the entire house painted including ceilings. The edges were crisp. The lines were straight. And there wasn’t a single drop of paint any where it wasn’t suppose to be. I’m extremely happy with Mike and his team. Joe the foreman kept everything on schedule and done to perfection! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for residential or commercial painting.

Awful experience with Cutting Edge. They painted our new construction home and I am so disappointed in the quality of workers and the work they do. We had to have them come back multiple times to fix errors that they created that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. They used the wrong sheen when doing touch ups, flat out missed MANY areas that needed touch ups, did not fill nail holes and when they finally did they did not touch up over the putty so now dirt collects on the putty. They are very sloppy workers leaving paint drippings everywhere and getting paint on surfaces that the paint would have easily came off of if they had wiped it up when it happened but since they let it dry it will not come off. Mike came out a couple times and I showed him, along with some workers, the specific areas I wanted fixed and they still did not complete what I asked. We just had them come back yesterday to finish the exterior work they didn’t get to finish due to weather and they left paint all over once again. On our screens, railings, and doors. Overall I would NEVER recommend to anyone. Very disappointed in their work.

They did a fantastic job on removing popcorn ceiling, painting that and cabinets. They got it done fast and did truly a great job. Very happy!!

They painted my ceiling with the wall paint instead of the white. Some places were missed or not well covered. There was a little debris left from when i removed a wallpaper boarder, and instead of just scraping it off, they painted right over the little chunks. it looks bad. The other professionals that i have hired for flooring, windows, etc have commented on the poor painting job. its not actually a "poor" paint job, but for the price i paid, it really should look better. The guys cleaned their brushes out in my bathroom sink and toilet (what the heck!). It was kind of a mess. I wouldve expected the owner to either be at the job site or at least make a follow-up call. Im sorry that i have to write a poor review; he is a nice guy.
