We emailed back and forth for a month from CA to Boston. The staff was fantastic: responsive, courteous , and professional. They will be our family’s upholstery shop when we need our furniture restored.

Toni and staff were most helpful in directing us ….picking fabric, etc. We received our Furniture back in a very timely manner And it is truly, quite beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend
Fantastic service by Toni and Mary at the Customs Shop! They provided great advice on a selection of colors and patterns, always putting our needs first, and their shop did a great job of reupholstering our armchairs. Highly recommended.
