Very professional service. The staff listened to my requests and provided what I needed. The new chair cushion is very comfortable and looks great!
Really enjoyed working with everyone at The Custom Shop. We had cushions made for several outdoor areas as well as custom shades and the entire team was knowledgeable, helpful and kept us informed along the way. Highly recommend!!!
Toni and her team exceeded my expectations! From helping me choose fabrics to the final installation, every step of the process was easy and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are exceptional. My screened porch looks absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be more pleased with how the custom cushions turned out. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was shown samples of exactly the fabric colors and materials I requested. Experience was efficient and satisfying. Great job!
What a great place! Fabulous selection of fabrics, great customer service, an easy, pleasant and stress-free experience. Went here to have a chair re-upholstered and the process couldn't have been smoother. Will definitely return.
