The custom Shop looked at some photos I took of a couple of old chairs and was able to give me a quote. We planned for when I should drop them off and when I could pick them up after my vacation. The workmanship was great and the chairs are leading a new productive life. Very pleased with the Custom Shop
The Custom Shop in Watertown was terrific from start to finish. They helped us choose a beautiful fabric for four oversized cuddle chairs, and the finished product came out absolutely immaculate, the pattern lines up perfectly and the chairs honestly look better than brand new. The pricing felt fair, the turnaround was surprisingly fast, and everyone there was warm, patient, and fun to work with throughout the process.
