I was very pleased with work done for me on a chair cushion at The Custom Shop. They had a wide selection of fabrics and the work done was top quality.
The Custom Shop provided excellent assistance for refreshing my sofa with new seat cushions and new slipcover. Toni and her assistant were very knowledgeable and attentive with perspective on fabric and cushion choices. Wide range of fabric; I found the perfect option. A few years ago Toni assisted me in refurbishing and reupholstering four Victorian side chairs with fabulous results. This is my "go to" shop to update/restore furniture with top quality reupholstery and fabric.
I brought seat cushions from my well-worn sectional sofa to The Custom Shop in Watertown and they did a fantastic job replacing the inserts to make them look and feel like new again. The Custom Shop is a family business that has been around for nearly 100 years. They do a fantastic job and truly take care of their customers. I highly recommend them for your upholstery needs!
