Not great from a customer service perspective. We walked in and had a look. The staff weren't very chatty and appeared cold. We asked if they had a catalogue and she simply said "No". We told them that we just started looking and they didn't have any follow up questions and didn't offer any guidance. We said Thank You as we left and we didn't get any acknowledgement. She just commented that we were "very quick". If she was appeared more warm, welcoming and willing to help, perhaps we wouldn't have been "very quick".
Malini is awesome, the price, quality, service and most of all- the continuous after sales support is great.
