Always so disappointing! I’ve ordered twice from this place and on both times the delivery was horrible! Parts missing on the cake / cupcake. Delivery guy just left the cake on our front porch on a hot day. didn’t knock on the door or anything, I was home waiting for it. When I send them a message about the shape of the cupcakes they just replied “sorry must have happened during delivery”, didn’t offer no compensation. Will not be ordering from them again. I suggested you don’t either.
We ordered the personalised photo cake. The photo and cake looked good. I did have a few problems with the cake and purchase, I reached out to them via email and they were polite, helpful and understanding.
They continue to impress. You have become a household name and a go-to for quality. Birthday guy was beyond impressed and there were not many leftovers. Thank you again for making a 50th that extra bit special!
Cake was amazing, it looked brilliant and tasted event better. delivery was so easy! Thanks team!
We ordered some 'R U Okay Day' cupcakes online and the whole experience was easy and smooth. The gluten free cupcakes were as delicious as the regular vanilla ones. They were baked that morning and were very fresh - everyone loved them. Highly recommend.
