I have never been more disappointed with cupcakes until I tried to eat one of these. Dry, no flavour waste of money. We had these at a recent work event and everyone had the same thoughts...terrible.
So bad! Ordered cup cakes for a birthday. They were dry, with a weird taste like they were frozen. We had to throw them out. We contacted the company and got a “yeah sorry”. Don’t use them, terrible product and service.
Very disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but since the business changed ownership, the quality has clearly declined. The mini cupcakes are now about half the size they used to be, look messy (the cupcakes - not the icing), and are still priced the same. Such a shame — this used to be an amazing company. I won’t be back.
Great experience so far! I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday and the customer service has been outstanding. Their followup and communication are excellent. I haven’t tried the cake yet, but it came highly recommended by many people, which gave me confidence to order. Looking forward to the big day!
Not impressed. Not acceptable. I would not recommend! I ordered a slab cake from The Cupcake Factory and provided clear reference images of the design I wanted, including the image to be printed on top. What arrived was beyond disappointing. The macaroons were crushed, the design was incredibly tacky, and it looked cheap (despite being $285), not even the printed image was sized to match the requested design.
