I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of The Cupcake Factory. I ordered a cake to be sent to one of my biggest clients, and I had provided the exact message for the greeting card well in advance—obe weeks before, via email. I even called them the day before delivery to remind them not to forget the card. Despite all of this, they still failed to include it, and they also never sent me a photo of the finished cake as promised. Placed an order online. Chose pick up as Drumoyne wasn't too far. Selected 11 to 1 collection. I arrived early and collection was quick and easy. Staff were friendly. They were packed beautifully and looked amazing. The butter cream was delicious and the cake was moist. Thank you
