I recently bought a large chocolate cake for a birthday. The cake looked beautiful and was amply decorated but the taste itself was dreadful. The icing was too sugary and very crumbly. While I understand a taller cake needs to be dense to maintain structure, the cake was very doughy and the flavour was definitely lacking. Overall I don't recommend buying a cake from here to eat, but it's fine for a photo.
Mini cupcake are very small, you will be shocked to see it. you better name them as sample cupcakes instead of mini cup cakes.
Ordered blue cupcakes for a baby shower. They looked amazing and tasted delicious. A big hit at the shower. Would highly recommend. Customer service was great with a very quick response time.
I ordered 4 different types of Cup Cakes from the Cupcake Factory (48 cupcakes in total ) for a 6 year old birthday party. The cup cakes were so very small and dry. The children left half of the cupcakes from the Cupcake Factory and instead eat ALL the Woolworths cupcakes. The Woolworths cupcakes were bigger, moist and tasty. Ordering from Cupcake Factory was a waste of money, on the other hand the Woolworths Cupcakes were great value and delicious. Very disappointed, would not recommended the Cupcake Factory.
Big thumbs down to The Cupcake Factory. Can anyone honestly describe the cake in the attached photo as "golf-themed"? I specifically ordered a golf-themed birthday cake and even made a confirmation call a few days before the party. I was assured it would resemble the golf cake on their website — with green grass and themed decorations. What I received was nothing like that (see photo).
