Not impressed. Not acceptable. I would not recommend! I ordered a slab cake from The Cupcake Factory and provided clear reference images of the design I wanted, including the image to be printed on top. What arrived was beyond disappointing. The macaroons were crushed, the design was incredibly tacky, and it looked cheap (despite being $285), not even the printed image was sized to match the requested design. The best place for cupcakes! I was previously gifted cupcakes from this place a few years in a row, however this year they changed the supplier to black velvet cupcakes. Missing how light and flavourful these cakes are.
Very disappointing product the cake was dry the icing still had sugar granules in it which hadn’t dissolved yet and the rectangle cake had a round base clearly this was just a cash grab there’s no quality assurance around their product or any passion on ensuring the quality of the product they deliver to market our company was presented as a Great place to work award and when the cake was cut and my team tried the cake with great anticipation until we tasted the cake !! Excellent, prompt and compassionate service from the team at The Cupcake Factory.
Joke of a cake company. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Attached I have photos of the cake I asked to be made for my daughter’s 1st birthday, vs what I received. I was heartbroken that I had to serve this at her birthday and embarrassed. Looks like it was made by a 5 year old. They lied and said their team could do this design to get my money. STILL waiting for my refund 2 weeks later with no responses to my emails!!!!
