I sent my husband into the Bicton store this Wednesday, 25th June for a last minute wedding present. He said there was a lovely lady with curly hair that couldn't have helped him enough. Not being able to get in there myself, I was concerned with what he would return with! He said the service provided by this lady was the best he had received in a long time. The store is always immaculate, you are always greeted usually by Nadene or Mary, and they understand I enjoy walking around and looking at what is on offer, they do not bother me but are always happy to answer any queries I have about a product. I can always find something there and it beats going to the larger shopping centres. I am so grateful I have this store up the road, that is always a pleasure to shop at. 5 stars!
I had a very bad experience here today. I walked into the store and there were two ladies working there. Neither said anything to me even though they greeted every other customer that walked in after me, and I had smiled at them when I walked in. Then I went to the counter to pay and I was waiting there for about five minutes to be served. One lady was next to the counter and saw me, but did not come to assist me. Beautiful shop with so many amazing things for every occasion and so helpful
I went into the store yesterday and even though the staff seemed very busy with stock, they both had time to stop and offer honest advice about the jeans I wanted to purchase- The lovely staff member Nadene recommended me a pair of jeans so I went with the lovely lady's recommendation and purchased the Humidity Jeans, my friend also then purchased a beautiful jumper. Lovely store with excellent staff that are willing to spend time with you.
