Poor customer service rude staff members which isn’t surprising when they have obviously been shown how to treat customers by the owner. I think there’s a reason it’s a small business and having the attitudes this business has I’m surprised you’re in business at all. I’m even disappointed I had to give you 1 star to write this review.
Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and basic communication from this business. After speaking with staff in store, I was advised to email management regarding a refund request. I did so respectfully and my emails have been completely ignored, no response or acknowledgement at all. Very disappointing and will not be recommending this small business. Very friendly service from staff who are very knowledgeable about the world of crystals! There is an excellent range of crystals along with everything a wiccan person could possibly need - tarot cards, sage, singing bowls, pendulums, you name it! Would definitely recommend 🧙
