Such a waste of time. My first consultation was canceled about an hour before the appointment. My second appointment was also canceled the day of due to another “emergency.” Finally, for my third attempt, as I’m arriving for my 11:30 appointment, I get a phone call at 11:26 asking if I’m coming. I was confused, since I had already confirmed that same morning over the phone.
