I am a member of AA with over a decade of sobriety. I am a public speaker at various hospitals and treatment centers in the Phoenix area. I also speak at meetings. The literature at crossroads is excellent and the program is probably the best in the city. Unfortunately many of the clients are there for food and a roof over their head and it gets discouraging at times for people that are truly trying to get sober so please be aware of this if you are seeking help here. It is a great place if you want to break the chains and live a life of sobriety. Intake only takes 2-3hrs but they can only process a hand full of new clients a day, Be early. Also if you don't have insurance... They still will take you in and get you applied for Access. I sent my DOA there and he is definitly turned his whole life into a spiritual one.
