What a nightmare! They put on a good face but when it comes down to it, the care is unacceptable. Almost every single nurse and aide acts like they are irritated to have to actually have to do any work. My mom tries to make my nana comfortable and every time she asks a question the staff responds with eye rolls, etc. It s incredibly sad to me that this is one of the nicer places out there. That should not be acceptable.
