Distrusting place. Very poor management. June the manager has a vile attitude towards the members of staff and underpays the wages all the time. And refuse to pay back. They make sure one lady only has fescues stained bed sheets as they don’t want to spend money on fresh ones as all they care about is money. They are very greedy. Don’t suggest working there or even putting a loved one to stay there. Disgusting over all
The Croft residential home was a lovely place to work, lovely caring hard working staff and amazing residents, it just got to much for me/plus the travelling especially, but I would never suggest badness towards any of them has they made me feel so welcoming, (and to the manager, deputy manager/ staff who did their best to support me has a member of their team, keep doing what you do to make such a loving home/for the beautiful residents.
