Mr Crisler was 1hr 45 min late to our appt, he then was asking me... you have depression and anxiety? How does that work? He asked me about how I got his name and then how I knew the referral and even went as far to ask how the referral knew my family member. Tell me what does that have to do with my case? I felt very judged and he made me feel as if I was a waste of his time. A week later he sent me a letter of refusal to take my case.
