To much turn over of case managers
If you are looking for a good place to consolidate all your cards, do not use this company. They are not honest with you!! You can’t get anybody to call you back when you need them but if they need somthing then there is no problem. I had a contract of 42 months when my months was up they called me and said I had 15 more months to go That’s not a contract people!! 😡😡 I don’t know where the money went that these cards were supposed to be paid off in the first place unless it went to more interest 😡😡.
Just wanted to share that Crimson Legal satisfied my entire debt they’re well organized and were very consistent with the progress of each creditor. Julie my (representative) did a great job keeping me in the loop and explaining all facets of pertinent requirements when necessary.
