Awesome place!!!
I lived in the area before Crestone was constructed. I wanted to stay in the area. The Sales Director held weekly get togethers prior to my move in. I got to know the people moving in before we moved in. I enjoy my home at Crestone and plan on living all my life in this facility.
Despite multiple meetings and promises of improvement, the care at Crestone Assisted Living remains inconsistent and deeply concerning. I’ve had to personally handle tasks such as laundry, hygiene reminders, and meal monitoring—services we pay for but that are frequently neglected. Staff turnover is high, communication is poor, and leadership is unresponsive. It took withholding rent to get an air conditioner fixed after 8 months.
