The LPN that works 7am to 7pm is very disrespectful. You can’t bully or intimidate me. I’ve reported her to the police authorities and filed a complaint with the state to review her license. I’ve seen multiple workers leave their shift because of the bullying and harassment. She needs to terminated immediately! This is a nice facility but it’s some of the staff that give this place a bad reputation.
We love the Crestone! Management is very friendly and welcoming. The community is so beautiful and I love how they have a little bit of everything. Special shoutout to Ashley and Rhiannon!
Staff turnover is HORRENDOUS! Something is causing great, caring staff to leave. I’ve seen it happen numerous times. Nursing/care staff is run ragged. Theres not enough help. I can never find a nurse/CNA when I have information to pass along regarding my loved one. There is little to no communication from ANYONE at the Crestone. Concerns fall on deaf ears. Disappointing and concerning. Not the level of care promised. Would not recommend sending your loved one here if they require any staff assistance with daily needs.
