Beautifully-appointed facility with a friendly, caring staff. Lots of resident engagement opportunities and amenities, and I'd recommend the Crestone in a heartbeat. So why only 4 stars instead of 5? It's because the food quality doesn't match the expectations of the resort-like atmosphere. Senior living facility kitchens aren't restaurants - despite appearances, you must lower your expectations.
