The stay of my loved one was a very scary experience. The day he was transferred to the Crescent from the hospital for his skilled nursing stay he was not assisted with going to the bathroom or changing into his pajamas out of the hospital gown (you know the whole reason he was there to receive HELP). He is 94 and had fallen at home 4 days prior and it landed him in the hospital. We dropped him off with very little contact with any of the staff. The food was not good. Too much carbs. Not enough Therapy. Overall good place.

I agree with the other Reviews. I wish I could give this place zero stars. The facility is like a Trojan horse. Beautiful on the outside, but the inside leaves much to be desired. The staff is less than responsive to family inquiring about patient's progress and care. We tried contacting the facility administrator on several occasions in regards to issues with our loved one's care and they never responded. Cleanliness in the patient's room is not a priority. I have seen a lot of Senior Care facilities in my life but this one is the worst I have ever seen. You can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig. My Mom spent 19 days in the hole and was given a shower twice. Outright neglect. The staff was completely unresponsive. Our family could get no information about her care. What a shame. Such a beautiful facility staffed by ineffective people. Never again will my Mom see a place like this. At 90....she deserves so much better. Negative stars for this place. Shame on you guys.
