Mark and the CREM Group were recommended to me as they have experience working with house sales as part of an estate. Mark and his associates were excellent to work with throughout the process. They were responsive to questions and also open to working with me and ideas I had. The folks they contract with did quality work as well, and their recommendations for auxiliary services (for things like managing an estate sale, clean-up/donation of remaining belongings, etc.) were all great to work with.
