I will start with the fact that I had to call THREE times over a 3 months' time span in order to cancel my service when it was time. I had a very frustrating conversation with two different people before finally getting in touch with a supervisor. Shelly and I spoke for a while, and there were several different factors playing a crucial role in the frustration and return of the $250 that I was requesting back but Shelly was finally able to provide the refund.
