In my opinion the host wasn't outgoing. She didn't want to give ideas. She told me to go to Pinterest. We painted gobblets. She left somewhere in the back and paid no attention to us. For me, never again for 28.00.each. I am not that creative but she could have given me helpful hints.
I am truly disappointed with my experiences at Creativity. My daughter and I have been coming here since before the business moved to its current location, and unfortunately, our experience has been consistently disappointing over the years. The customer service has been the biggest issue. Nearly every visit, we’ve been met with an unfriendly attitude rather than a welcoming environment. My 8 year old Son & I came across Creative Cafe after we had gotten his hair cut around the corner at Pigtails & CrewCuts. We had no appointment but the two ladies there welcomed us right in & we ended up spending about 3 hours in there & had the absolute best time. This place has such an all around good vibe & is very laid back. Both my Son & I chose an item each to paint & they were sent off to be glazed. When me and my wife came to this place 2 years ago, we had a enjoyable time choosing our pottery and painting for about two hours, no appointment needed. The staff was nice and helpful and everything was great and enjoyable and we had a pleasant time. Today was not the case at all, it's valentine's day (a saturday). I visited the Creativity Cafe on Memorial Day for a beginners pottery class. I happened to be the only one attending, so I received the BEST one on one instruction. I had a fantastic time!! The environment is relaxed, calm, and super inviting. I will be going back for another class! Thank you!!!
