Last week I brought in my wifes specialized bike, as well as mine , and our youngest sons bikes for a tuneup. Jacob did an amazing job on the repairs! They are all running like new and we are thrilled! Tristan and Jacob's amazing customer service will keep us returning again and again for future bikes and repairs! I highly recommend Crank and Sprocket to everyone!

Took my 18 year old mountain bike in for service last summer. The guys tuned it up for a great price and I was off and riding. Bike has been great. This summer 2025 I wanted a second bike for when my adult son comes home for visits so I went in a couple of weeks ago and the guys gave me a great deal on a Norco Charger mountain bike. Went in to look for a chain link remover tool and got greeted by 3 different people witch overwhelemed me a little bit. Also asked about a half link and didnt grt a answer about it
