Best shop around! They made the impossible possible, a bike that was "sold out" everywhere was found and brought in for me, cannot thank them enough. I recently stopped by to ask Jacob if he would have time to do a brake job on my mtb. I said, if not, I’m happy to buy the parts and do it myself. Jacob said he could squeeze me in over the next day or two between jobs to get me back out on the trails. In the meantime, he offered me one of their Norco e-bike demos to use while my bike was down. These guys are amazing, great customer service, helped me out with a severely damaged rear rim. Kelton was beyond helpful, got me a new rim and tire and swapped out my rear sprocket too, 45 minutes before closing without hesitation. Kelton is definitely an asset to the store, Much appreciated to everyone there. 👊🏼
