Pros: I appreciate not having to wait on A.I. to transfer me to a human being when calling. An actual human answered the phone within the first 40 seconds. Cons: I think they should be transparent about the $275 consultation fee which covers a 1 hour meeting. It would be helpful if this was posted in the consultation description, especially when most firms aren't charging a consultation fee. This has been a very long journey with Craig that finally came to an end recently. I reached out to Craig close to the end of 2020. That should give a timeline on how long this process took to come to a conclusion.
