My family has been visiting West Yellowstone for generations and we adore The Cradleboard. This is always my first stop for souvineers and gifts for my family because of the high quality of each item sold here, and the guarantee of authenticity.
Good prices here and a nice selection. For example nice souvenir pint glasses were $10, stickers for your Thule $3.
Wow, family just came back from here and brought back wonderful souvenirs that we absolutely love. I started looking online and I am just shocked at some of the way that the owner is talking to their customers. kind of mind-blowing the way they speak to people, saying we can't hold our customers hands and calling the people that work there dead, like what. The worst customer service I have had. The lady behind the counter must be the owner because there is noway that lady has a job in the service business. Overpriced as well, avoid!
