A very unpleasant experience, the firm does not know how to file papers for business formation and made numerous mistakes which ended up costing my company a lot. Deadlines were missed and there would be no communication for weeks. Ended up having to fire Chelsea and ask for a refund, which was promised but never delivered. When you hire a legal firm, you don’t expect to have to protect yourself from your own lawyer. Stay away from her and do your research to find a good lawyer.
