Not taking any new clients except through referrals. If they’re taking new business from a referral, I don’t understand why they can’t take a new client.?
Sounds like a great place looking at website however they are only taking new business from referral of someone already a customer. Doesn't make sense to me and would just tick people off when they call to know you need to know somebody to get in.
