Excellent customer service! Quick, knowledgeable, and thorough. Jordan took the extra steps to send drawings and pictures to the manufacturer ensuring I received the correct parts and placement instructions.
Ordered a replacement part on October 17. Never heard or received anything. I followed up mid November and they told me the manufacturer would have it delivered to me on or before December 2. Today is December 7 and I have not received anything.
I contacted Cozy Cabin with numerous questions about my gas fireplace. Jordan went above and beyond to help me get the answers I needed. She even reached out to the manufacturer to provide me with additional info. Customer service at its finest - way above my expectations!
Probably the best customer service I have received in a LONG time. Ed was great, took the time to help search for the correct part for us and even called us back to double check we didn't miss something. You can't go wrong with these guys!
I worked with Jennifer on a hard to find part for my wood stove. She was a big help and he customer relations skills were awesome!
