I have had the priviledge of working with Cozy Cabin for the 1st time and would gladly do it again. From the onset of my inquiry, the attending associate (Brandy M) helped me find the Fireplace part that I could not find anywhere in the Midwest. In addition to that she took it upon herself to find the answer to a question a field technician would like to know in advance (instead of being surprised during a remote installation). I ordered the wrong part but Kayleigh Burns was amazing to work with. She helped me find and order the correct part as well as return my error. I appreciate her great service and assistance. A great place to shop starts with great people and Cozy Cabin has them!
