The BEST customer service. Over the last 2 years I have been working on replacing parts I needed for my 6 yr old Napoleon gas insert fire place. Being from Connecticut, I had tried many different places all over the state and was unsuccessful. I was even told I would need to replace the fireplace completely and that the parts I needed were not available. I received excellent service on the phone while I was searching for an older battery (backup) pack for my fireplace. Kayleigh was awesome! She helped me to identify one of the parts I was missing, and then contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to get a diagram of the part, which I needed to ensure I was ordering the right thing. Success!!!
We needed an oval to round stove pipe for a DutchWest stove. Joe was very knowledgeable and professional. We were able to order a stove pipe for our 40 year old stove. Thanks Joe !!!
