After spending hours trying to locate a discontinued part for my 41 year old Dutchwest wood stove, I finally ended up on the Cozy Cabin Stove & Fireplace website which indicated they had the part. Talked with Brandy, who confirmed they had the part and was very efficient at taking my order. I received the part three days sooner than expected! It's exactly what I needed and fit perfectly. Cozy Cabin a great experience from start to finish. I went to Cozy Cabin to purchase a Napoleon gas grill. Mary was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She matched my requests and requirements to a beautiful Rogue XT 425 with an infrared side burner. Mary explained all the features of the grill and answered all my questions. They do the grill assembly on site and are an authorized Napoleon dealer, so the grill is actually assembled correctly! They even loaded it on to my flatbed trailer in the parking lot!
