I needed 4 refractory panels for a 25 year old fireplace insert and the original manufacturer is out of business. I did have the fireplace model number and connected with Brandy at Cozy Cabin. Using their network of suppliers, she somehow found where I could purchase the replacement panels !! She punctually provided cost quote and shipping information and made some changes to the order to accommodate my delivery needs.
