Horrible customer service ., owner is rude and disrespectful. Grandparent bought a cowboy hat for my son and it’s way too small. Tried to exchange it for the same hat just bigger.. nope she won’t exchange it . Sad kid . Oh well I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Just fyi most of the products in the store are on Amazon way cheaper!! Save your time don’t shop here !!! Zero stars
Absolutely garbage of a store! I went November 28th to buy boots for my husband for Christmas. It didn't fit him needed a size up was willing to even buy a more expensive pair. The ariat hat i purchased was in the men's section but turns out it was a youth size and unlike most stores where you have 30 days to return this stores policy is 2 weeks so beware! We will never do business with the cowboy store again. Shopped there on Black Friday and had to return something that we purchased for our daughter’s boyfriend and they broke up. They only have a 2 week exchange policy, no returns and if the item you bought was on sale, no exchanges or refunds. Now, we are stuck exchanging for something we don’t need or want. Horrible customer service!
Absolutely amazing customer service! Great prices such a wide selection! I went for their black friday scored a pair of airat boots that were 250$ for 125$ also some Ariat hoodies for 30$ very reasonable and couldn't be happier with the 400$ spent there! LOVE THIS PLACE!
