My Happy place, I always pampered my self here weekly
I am a nurse practitioner who started going there 9 months ago after my neck surgery and nerve damage. I also suffer from fibromyalgia and small fiber neuropathy. I have an unlimited membership. I use the red light , infrared sauna, cryotherapy, and pemf. I go 5 to 6 days a week on my lunch break. My nerve damage is healing. Not only does it help heal your body but your mind also. The machine-based services are definitely effective but the Hydrafacial chould have involved more product. I had to cancel when pausing was a complicated franchise-blaming process with the GM
