Lynn was very welcoming from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left. I really enjoyed the sauna. Very private and calm and left very sweaty, which is great 😊

Amazing experience. Very clean and modern facility. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Tried cryotherapy, red light therapy and compression therapy. Very satisfied with my visit. Would absolutely recommend!!!
