If you are considering moving your family member here, I urge you to read this. DON’T do it. I can count on one hand how many staff members who are great. The medicine has been distributed by someone other than the nurses. The activities are solely at the facility, they are never taken beyond the facility for activities. Well I went to s ee. My neighbor s an u have furnish sheets towels pillows and chairs then u it'll have paying it's not cheap
I don't feel they take care of the people and there belongings. My aunt fell at least once a week, they can't hold good staff and when my aunt passed her brand new $4000 hearing aid was missing along with other possessions. In addition their monthly cost went up over $1000 in a little over a year. I feel for the money they charge none of these things should have happened.
My aunt stayed in the assisted living department! They help with her the bast they could, great staff! Michelle is the best!
