All of the employees are very nice, especially the front desk lady Pam!! This is a great place that I would highly recommend living at. It is very friendly and including.
Friendly, professional, caring and compassionate people
1 star for the people there that did actually care. The place is fine if you are a pretty mobile person. Mom was there 3.5 months, and when she arrived she walked with her walker alone, and toileted herself. Once my Mom started to decline, she was neglected. A lot of the decline was due to the Courtyard staff allowing her to lay in bed 17 hour 2 days in a row without care. They push her in a wheelchair instead of encouraging her to use her walker. My grandma lived at the Courtyard for the last year of her life, and it was such a comfort to know she was in such good hands!
The Courtyard has been so welcoming to our loved one! Every staff member has been compassionate, patient, and thorough. The Courtyard has made the transition so smooth and it brings us comfort knowing that our family member is safe and well taken care of. The community is clean & calming and all staff and residents have been so friendly. I can’t recommend The Courtyard enough for you or your loved ones!
