My wife and I were able to have a tour at The Courtyard @ Bellevue and it was an amazing experience. We are not ready as of right now for placement of our loved one, but they are hands down the number one choice when moving forward.
The care team goes above and beyond for care activities & healthy enjoyable meals. If you are looking for a home for the care of your loved ones, The Courtyard at Bellevue is definitely a facility to consider. #CareAboveAll
The staff is very responsive and friendly and they know the residents well. Communication with the leadership is very good. The common areas and rooms are kept clean.
This memory care facility only is in it for the money and not the residents and families. The lack of follow through is unacceptable. The administration and the Regional team are unreachable and this is not fair.
