I've been banking here for over 25 years All in all I like the credit union in general however the presque Isle branch is definitely my least favorite. It doesn't have that small town feel that everyone member is a part owner of the credit union I have often felt more like a number and put definitely rather go to any other branch but all in all I still value their service and if I had a choice to bank here at the credit union or a different standard bank I would definitely choose the county
Don’t expect to use your card if you travel to Mexico. Or if you want to book an AirBnB, even in the US. This credit unions takes it upon themselves to decide where you can and can’t spend your $$. Can’t wait to close my account when I get back home.
I have been doing business with The County FCU for a number of years and they have become a full service location for me. Friendly, courteous, and prompt service without exception. Love being a member.
