Honestly I had a very good experience when I first picked out my dress but the alterations process was not great. We talked multiple times about the top of the dress and making it fit better and it did not. For over $700 of alterations, I should not have been told I can just use invisible tape to keep it down. Breana is THE best bridal consultant. She helped me find the perfect Mother of the Bride dress. She went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect dress for my body. I had found a dress that I thought would work, but unfortunately it was too small. When I returned with my husband, she had found other options and one happened to be perfect. Awesome selection of dresses for Mother of the Bride! I was able to get a same day appointment with an amazing stylist, Breanna!!! She was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress!! It was a wonderful experience, where I felt heard when sharing what I wanted. Pricing was affordable too!!
From my experience here, I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone! This was the third and final bridal shop I tried (among some online ones too), and they by far have the best service, inventory, and pricing. And the cherry on top- I did not experience any high pressure sales which is a huge plus! That is the last thing a bride needs.
