Looks like a nice clean office but when u book an appointment for a certain time and then keep u waiting for 30min is not acceptable. Office 203.
Extremely arrogant, always unprofessional and late to appointments. Billed my insurance for an appointment didn’t even attend. If you want someone to glaze over and check out while you’re explaining yourself this is the place to go.
I’m writing this review for the counselling house in Woodstock . The lady is hard to talk to and seems to not care when you are talking to her. Didn’t help me at all!!! I wasted my time and money on this place. I was always rushed out the door even before my time was up. If you’re looking for someone to talk to for help please don’t see her find a counseler that is willing to listen, caring, friendly and understanding. Unprofessional, and disrespectful. These are words I would use to describe Laurie Ponsford-Hill. Lack of trauma education. When I told Laurie that I had a fear of dying her response was that what if you did, everyone dies anyways. She had no technique or compassion. What sick person says that exactly when you are looking for help. Also when I told Laurie that I had a brain injury, she chose to use words that I still dont understand. She chose words that were used in a textbook, not in every day dialogue. I left that session ... read more
