I am a Dementia Care Consultant, Coach, and Trainer and have been working closely with the staff at Meadowlands for the past few months. I have observed this group of professional care partners demonstrate commitment, hard work and passion to learning and practicing new dementia care skills. I am thankful for every day that my Mother had living at the Cottages at Meadowlands Memory Care. The staff and administrators were as caring and thoughtful as family. I believe each decision they made was always in Mom's best interest (and they have to make a lot of them for you). This was true whether I was in the room or hundreds of miles away.
