I scheduled a massage for Friday on Wednesday. I just got a call as I was on my way to said massage, informing me that an employee called in sick. The employee mentioned was not the one I was scheduled to see. I was offered a massage at a later date, but my time is limited as is most people's so I'm not available on those dates. I was really looking forward to receiving a massage as I have lots of tension. Not pleased with the way it was handled. I called to schedule a massage appointment, after the receptionist picked up i got as far as "Good Afternoon, I'd like to schedule a massage appointment" before she hung up on me. Nothing more unprofessional than a business hanging up on you for trying to schedule a service they offer. Avoid at all costs.

Just had a massage here with Pres (I may not be spelling that correctly) and it was awesome! He addressed my back and neck issues effectively, and I felt *way* better by the time I left. My friend had Jenna and said it was the best massage she has had in a long time. I really appreciate the service, thank y’all!!
