Worst experience ever, rude racist staff with no respect for customers. Met a black lady who was least interested in dealing with customers and had airpods plugged into her ears all the time and was asking me multiple times to reiterate and then had the audacity to pass the racist comment. This store is just back to square one with worst staff and no respect for customers. Had a great shopping experience at The Cosmetics Company Store in the Indiana Premium Outlets. I had two of my daughters with me we were asked if we needed help by both employees. I don’t recall the woman who helped my oldest daughter but she was very kind answered her questions, helped her find the perfect concealer and gave her great makeup tips. We were happy with our purchases and employee experience. I am a huge fan of The Cosmetics Company I always try to find one on every trip!
The best cosmetic shopping I did till date. Though the stock is minimal, but the discounts are massive. And they gave me some dope freebies from Estee Lauder, after a massive discount. Stocked up on all my major brands. Loved it
