It takes so long to get your orders, and then to find out, the color is all wrong and the logos are out of place (crooked). My salesman who no longer is there, still sent an email asking to correct the shirts and I have heard nothing. It’s been months. And apparently they don’t handle the issues at their store front (Macon Monogramming) because it’s “not their job”. I am a small business and it hurts my business when I can’t get what I need.
