Anu Nagpal's lack of communication made me lose a deal. She waited until I approached her with an accepted offer, only to raise the down payment so that it would wipe out any funds for closing and reserves. She always told me that I would only need 25% down and then does an about face and requests 33%. I lost an opportunity to own a quality multi-family house in a developing neighborhood all because she does NOT know how to communicate.
