We called ahead to make sure the people we needed to talk too were going to be there when we arrived. They said they would be gone to lunch 12:00-1:00. We get there at 11:00 and they had already left for lunch … same thing had happened a week before at the Goodman branch.
Been with them since i opened my first acct, they provide an amazing service, never have any unanswered questions.
