I took some friends on a thrift store field trip a few weeks ago. I had never been to this one, and I really wish I hadn’t. Huge waste of time. Besides being dirty, stinky, and crowded, the owner was RUDE. She was clearly making up prices as she went along, so she could size up her customers. Her prices were ridiculous, and calling her business a “thrift store” is a major stretch. She’s clearly not from around here, and taking advantage of the up cycle culture.
