Terrible customer service! Woman who works there was so rude and condescending. I wanted to exchange a ring that I hadn't even worn because it was too big. I just put the ring on at home and it didn't fit so I couldn't wear it. Didn't want refund. Just wanted to exchange for another ring. She said it's their policy to not exchange jewellery but it wasn't even worn! And she was very rude and abrupt when she told me about the policy. Wasn't even apologetic. Just extremely rude. The lady who assisted me was so friendly and helpful, the pricing was very reasonable and the store had lots of options. I tried 3 things on and bought all of them which never happens! Can’t wait to visit again!
