The package was delayed due to the weather, if not that then it's, current pandemic disruption. They have the package in their shop but won't go into the back anymore to look for it since so many people would go down to their shop and do that due to how slow they are, won't pick up the phone or call back too.
They sit on parcels and don't have the resources to deliver in a timely fashion. Do not use UPS or Purolator is you have time sensitive deliveries. They cost online businesses money in refunds and delays. Not sure how they keep their contracts.
