I really do not like this bank. If they were ever open during normal hours, I would close this account. I’ve had fraud multiple times and nothing can be done for me at this bank… cape cod five has that money back in my account before I leave the lot. Zelle is my main concern, bc it doesn’t work well at all. You have to go to bill pay, wait for all that to load and then hope the “skip” page comes up so you can click on Zelle… it should just say Zelle… I don’t want to go into bill pay and wait to bypass and then go to Zelle. Our first visit to meet and greet and open an account on The Cape. The employees, particularly Stephen, were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We were able to sit in a room with Stephen to share information, open an account and leave with a folder full of detailed information on all their Terms, Conditions, Disclosures etc. I moved to the Cape 7 years ago. Today I feel connected.
