The drive-through hours are posted as open until 4:00 PM Monday–Thursday, but I arrived a few minutes before 4:00 and the curtains were already drawn and staff did not acknowledge my vehicle. I had driven about 10 minutes specifically to use the drive-through, so this was frustrating. I’d appreciate more consistency between posted hours and actual availability.

I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. I intended to open an account there because it is close to my house, so I contacted the call center to make an appointment, but no one ever got back to me. Today, I decided to walk in. When I arrived, I saw 2-3 staff members, but I didn’t know what to do next. I told them I wanted to open an account, and one of the staff asked me to sit and wait.
