Tellers have become nasty at several branches. They didn't use to be this way. One example: we called one branch to ask for one of our accounts to be closed. We mentioned using the telephone banking with the automated line, and the woman screamed at us, "It's called TELEBANKING!!! IT'S CALLED TELEBANKING!!!" Although we have been customers for many years, because of really bad experiences there, we are in the process of closing our accounts there and now bank elsewhere.
Glad to FLY THE coop, cheap bank, give you free lollipops that's about it. We were there ten years, paid off mortgage on sandwich branch, only helpful woman is Betsy, don't call you back on a car loan, opened account with substantial amount, wanted a credit app for a line of credit attached to checking. No help on refinancing mortgage, constant teller turnover, not friendly. We got 400.00 from Citizens, Platt checking, line of credit 1500.00, maintain balance of 25,000.00 glad to leave this outdated bank!
