First things first let me begin with some honorable mentions. Aria at the front desk was phenomenal, caring, and very professional. Every time we approach her with anything she handled it right away. Check-in was smooth, she immediately fixed our room keys that somehow got deactivated, and was very helpful ensuring us that the Internet would be back up in time for my meeting.
