Extremely disappointed with the experience my girlfriend and I had at this location. We shop at The Container Store regularly and have never been treated the way we were here. From the moment we walked in, we were met with what felt like judgment. One of the employees — a heavier-set Black woman — didn’t greet us, didn’t offer help, and just gave us a look like we didn’t belong.
