We were looking for some larger containers to store holiday decor in and the name of this place says it all. I have not shopped here before so I was surprised at both how small this store was and the limited selection but also the variety of selection that I would not expect to find here like office supplies, holiday items, gifts & gift wrap. Extremely disappointed with the experience my girlfriend and I had at this location. We shop at The Container Store regularly and have never been treated the way we were here. From the moment we walked in, we were met with what felt like judgment. One of the employees — a heavier-set Black woman — didn’t greet us, didn’t offer help, and just gave us a look like we didn’t belong.
