Staff were quick to help and I found what I needed
A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Paid over $3K for an ELFA garage organization system to just end up with headache after headache! Their installation team said the measurements (taken by Container Store's own designer AT OUR HOME) were incorrect, while the designer blamed Container Store's own installation team for improperly doing the install. All of this resulted in MONTHS of back and forth to get the right parts, get it installed properly, and resolve who is doing what. Come to this place if you want to be profiled if you don’t fit their customer description! Stumbled upon this store while waiting for a friend outside. Went inside briefly to check out what they were selling and found they sell more than just containers! Staff greeted me and my girlfriend when entering but had to leave the store about 2 minutes later. Shelves pretty bare, really difficult to find anyone to help and when I did he said he'd check the back and never came back. Worst Container Store I've been in.
Great store, very spacious. Lots of choices. Items are in good condition and the prize is reasonable. Lots of parking.
